Which body type are you?   Are you an “Ovary Type,” “Adrenal Type,” “Thyroid Type,” or “Liver Type?”

It’s important to know.
Have you noticed that some people hold weight in the stomach and yet others carry weight in the hips and thighs?  Then there are people that carry weight more evenly through the body.  Why is this?

The reason people hold weight in different places is because there is some imbalance creating these distortions.   The weight problem is not the problem.  It is a symptom or an effect of something else.

At Lighthouse Health & Body Makeover, we use 12 different tools to help people lose weight.  There is no way you can put EVERYONE on one diet and expect to get the maximum success.  WHY?  Because each type of weight case is different.   And since weight is a symptom, would it not make more sense to design a comprehensive program based on that person’s imbalance internally?

At Lighthouse Health & Body Makeover, we use a tailor-made plan to give each person the maximum chance for improvement.

For example, many people like the high protein diet for weight loss.  However, if you put someone with a liver weakness on this diet, they could feel worse because their liver may not handle pure protein.  On the other hand, if someone with a glandular imbalance used too many carbohydrates, they could also be very unsuccessful.

It’s important to know what body type you are because there are specific diet plans and exercises for the different body types.
For example I am the ovary type and so I have to eat more protein and fat and less carbs.
